Introduction: Background Major depressive disorder (MDD) is a global health problem accounting for about 40.5% of disability-adjusted life years caused by mental and substance use disorders. Barriers to accessing healthcare services have been reported, highlighting the need innovative, accessible, cost-effective psychological interventions. Several clinical trials proven effectiveness supportive SMS text messaging in ameliorating symptoms, however, this approach can only be accessible individuals having cell phones. Objectives This paper aims evaluate effectiveness, feasibility, user satisfaction daily email as non-inferior intervention compared an add-on treatment patients with depression. Methods trial will carried out using hybrid type II implementation-effectiveness design. In addition usual care, depression randomized receive either messages or messages. The both groups same content provided 6 months. implementation evaluation guided Consolidated Framework Implementation Research RE-AIM (Reach, Effectiveness, Adoption, Implementation, Maintenance) framework. Descriptive inferential statistics employed analysis quantitative outcome measures, while thematic used Qualitative data.
